Gladys Phillips (Republican) represented [the 21st] district of Grays Harbor County in the House of Representatives from 1950 to 1952.

Born 1912, in Aberdeen. Her father was mayor of Aberdeen and a Native American. Phillips attended the University of Washington and her earned B.A. and LL.B. degrees there.
