Betty L. Edmondson (Republican) served two terms as Representative from the 14th Legislative District, contained entirely within Yakima County, including the cities of Yakima, Selah, and Union Gap. She served from 1991-1995.

Betty served three terms as Mayor of Yakima; served on the Yakima City Council from 1973-81; and past member of Yakima Valley Community College Board of Trustees. She was active in numerous community organizations.

Betty and her husband had two sons.
