Sarah Casada
Sarah Casada (Republican) was first elected to the House of Representatives in November, 1990 to serve an unexpired term. She won subsequent
elections in 1990, 1992 and 1994. She represented the 25th Legislative District which included South Hill, Puyallup Valley, East Tacoma, Sumner,
Pacific and Milton in King County. She served from 1990 to 1997.
Sarah volunteered as coordinator for the Salvation Army and Community Outreach food banks; teacher, Latch Key Program; American Heart
Association; and served as a volunteer counselor.
Her professional expeerience included small business owner/manager; telecommunications manager, Pacific Lutheran University; assistant
district manager, Avon Products; and business instructor, Clover Park Vocational Technical Institute.
She and her husband lived in the South Hill neighborhood.
