Patricia "Pat" Scott (Democrat) represented the 38th Legislative District encompassing Everett and Marysville. Appointed in January, 1984, to serve an unexpired term, she served until her death in January, 2001.

Born in Minnesota, she was a resident of Washington for many years.

Pat was a Community/Customer Relations Officer for the City of Everett, Transportation Services. She was active in Everett community, civic and public affairs.

She had one son.
