Kathy Lambert
Kathy Lambert (Republican) served the 45th Legislative District representing a portion of King County. She served in the House of Representatives from
1995 until her resignation in 2001 upon election to the King County Council.
She earned her Business Education degree from the University of Washington.
A small business owner and author of a children's history book, she taught elementary school in the Monroe School District.
She was named "Most Bipartisan Legislator" by the Family Law Section of the Bar in 1996, and "Family Advocate of the Year" by the
Behavioral Science Institute in 2000.
She served as a Boy Scout Merit Badge Counselor and on the board of the Hopelink community agency.
