Maralyn Chase (Democrat) vigorously represented the democratic values of 32nd Legislative District citizens and their families in the House for nearly a decade. She was first appointed to the House in January, 2002 and served there until her election to the Senate in 2010.

Maralyn earned her BA and MA in Political Science at the UW and was honored as Distinguished Alumni of 2008.

She serves on the Boards of Shoreline Chamber of Commerce and Shoreline Solar Project.

Maralyn champions working families, students, seniors and vulnerable citizens. She supports innovative policies promoting sustainable development and economic prosperity for One Washington.
