Jan Angel (Republican) represents the 26th Legislative District, which includes portions of Pierce and Kitsap counties. First elected in 2008, she is in her third term.

She is a former Kitsap County commissioner, serving eight years.

Jan owned a business for nine years with approximately 54 employees in Pierce and Kitsap counties, and was a Realtor in Kitsap County for seven years.

She has served on numerous national, state and local boards, including the Washington State Association of Counties and is past president of the Western Washington District.

Jan has two grown daughters. She and her husband, Lynn Williams, live in Port Orchard.
