Maureen Walsh
Maureen Walsh (Republican) represents the 16th Legislative District, which includes all of Columbia and Walla Walla counties, and parts of southern Benton and Franklin counties. Elected to the House of Representatives in 2004, she is serving her fifth term.
Maureen’s priorities include early learning, protecting the state’s most vulnerable citizens, and creating good jobs.
She serves on the Thrive By Five Board, and in 2012 received the "Silver Crayon” Award from the Early Learning Action Alliance.
Maureen owns a small family business, Onion World, home of the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Sausage.
Maureen lives in College Place and has three grown children.
